What’s not to love about a castle? To think of the history that is infused in these Scottish castles makes one give pause for sure! Today I visited Edinburgh Castle and it was difficult, if not impossible, to capture more than simple touristy pictures.  The amount of people visiting the castle was astonishing – as was the architecture and history.

Edinburgh itself was also very busy, one would think it was NYC.  I walked around – managed to go 7 miles! There were several street performers and opportunities to add to my photographs of men project. Great weather as the sun was out most of the afternoon and temps in the low 70’s. In the evening I found my way to Queen Street and the Scotch Malt Whisky Society (I am a member) building where I enjoyed a wee dram and a great dinner.
