Another turtle rescued this morning as I was driving to the docks! My 20 page magazine was published so I brought copies to the dock managers and a couple of the captains who are featured in the magazine. Very positive comments all around on the magazine which I am using to promote the Jersey Shore Project. I handed out more photos which are always appreciated. Captain Mike Green came in with the Gipper, a 55 foot steel scalloper and Captain Keith Heinrichs was in his boat, the Kennedy Helen. I was lucky enough to talk to the captain of the Virginia Lynn, Ed Eckert, and find out that they were heading out on Friday around 9:00 AM. I will head out to the inlet to photograph them on their way out.
